I created the Paseda360 method so that more people can experience transformational growth in their lives, and I now teach other mentors and coaches how to use it for their client’s success with my coach training courses.
Coaching is an innate part of me. I’ve always been curious, empathic and passionate about enabling change. Before dedicating myself to coaching, I had a career in business transformation and strategy in the corporate world. In this role, I coached leaders and executives, helping them to become the best versions of themselves and get the best out of their people.
It was during this time that I realised my passion for coaching and stepped boldly into a career as a life coach. Initially, I trained in behavioural change modalities and psychotherapy before going on to study at King’s College London, where I acquired a PG certificate in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health.
Since then, I’ve completed over 700 hours of training and spent more than £120,000 on developing my skills so I can better support my clients as they make the breakthroughs and changes they need.
